The new apartment complex is a remodel of an old coffin manufactory. The design reuses part of the old building fabric and adds 3,000 m2 of new construction. Based on the apartment unit layout of Le Corbusier Unité d’Habitation the condos always include a double height loft space and two low ceiling bedrooms. The building offers a variety of amenities: a Kindergarten, a Conference Center and a Turkish Spa.
