City Planning Concept: The project continues the old city structure from the east and corresponds to open space city planning of the cultural forum on the east side of the site. Through this move a plaza is created in the center of the site between the two building masses . The plaza is dedicated to pedestrian traffic, resting and gathering . Native plating and wetlands on the plaza and the adjacent street create a comfortable climate on a site with stagnant air conditions when there is little or no wind.
